HOW I TAILOR MAKE MY CLIENTS PLANS..
On first contact I will arrange a free 1-2-1 consultation where we can discuss your fitness goals. Once these goals have been agreed I will take a BMR reading to help to determine how much you should be eating on a daily basis to determine your progress. After your BMR has been established I will highlight key foods that will support you reaching your targets each week.
